We are seeking an experienced Application System Analyst to support the analysis, implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of enterprise applications. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective application solutions while maintaining system performance, security, and reliability.
The Application System Analyst will collaborate with Business Analysts, Software Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, Database Administrators, Product Managers, Cybersecurity teams, and business leaders to improve enterprise applications, enhance user experiences, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and application requirements to recommend effective technology solutions.
- Configure, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise software applications supporting critical business operations.
- Gather functional and technical requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed system specifications.
- Collaborate with development teams to design, test, and deploy application enhancements.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate timely resolution of production incidents.
- Monitor application performance, system availability, and data integrity while implementing continuous improvements.
- Develop and execute system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and application validation activities.
- Support software upgrades, system migrations, cloud implementations, and enterprise integration projects.
- Create technical documentation, user guides, process flows, and application support procedures.
- Ensure enterprise applications comply with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with database administrators to optimize application performance and data management.
- Provide end-user training and technical guidance to improve system adoption and operational efficiency.
- Participate in Agile project planning, change management, and release management activities.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance business productivity and application performance.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline required.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience supporting enterprise applications, systems analysis, application administration, or business systems.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, system integration, and business process analysis.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, HRIS, financial systems, or other enterprise software platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, reporting tools, and application troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or cloud-based enterprise platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with APIs, web services, application integrations, and data exchange technologies.
- Experience using ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar IT service management and project management platforms.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- ITIL Foundation, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, or related certifications are considered an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package
Base Salary: $264,000 – $336,000 USD annually
Compensation is determined based on enterprise application expertise, systems analysis experience, technical skills, industry knowledge, geographic location, and overall qualifications.
