About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Financial Management professional to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization.
This role will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Business Development, and executive leadership to ensure accurate financial information, effective resource allocation, strong financial controls, and sustainable business performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities.
- Analyze financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and business objectives.
- Prepare management reports, financial analyses, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, and operating performance.
- Identify financial trends, risks, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support business decisions.
- Partner with business leaders to develop budgets and financial plans.
- Monitor departmental spending and resource utilization.
- Support cash-flow forecasting and working-capital analysis.
- Evaluate business initiatives, investments, and strategic proposals.
- Maintain accurate financial data and documentation.
- Assist with financial controls, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Accounting to reconcile financial information and reporting.
- Support financial audits and provide required documentation.
- Develop key performance indicators and financial metrics.
- Recommend cost-management and profitability-improvement initiatives.
- Automate and improve financial reporting and analysis processes.
- Research financial trends, industry benchmarks, and economic developments.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of progressive financial-management, FP&A, corporate finance, or financial-analysis experience.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
- Experience developing financial models and business forecasts.
- Strong Excel and financial-data analysis skills.
- Experience with ERP and financial-management systems.
- Familiarity with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial controls and accounting principles.
- CPA, CFA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.

The Financial Management function provides the financial insight necessary for effective business planning and decision-making. By analyzing performance, managing budgets, identifying financial risks, and developing actionable recommendations, this role helps leadership allocate resources effectively and achieve sustainable growth.
The position also supports financial discipline through accurate reporting, forecasting, controls, and continuous improvement of finance processes.
Working Conditions
- Fully Remote position within the United States.
- Standard Monday through Friday schedule.
- Additional flexibility may occasionally be required during month-end, quarter-end, annual planning, or budgeting cycles.
- Frequent virtual collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and executive leadership.
- Primarily computer-based work using financial, ERP, analytics, and collaboration platforms.
- Occasional travel may be required for company meetings, financial planning sessions, audits, or conferences.
Job Function
The Financial Management function focuses on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, performance analysis, financial modeling, cost management, risk identification, resource allocation, and strategic financial support.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $140,000 – $220,000 annually, based on financial-management experience, organizational complexity, technical expertise, industry background, and overall qualifications.
