About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Performance Management professional to support the development and execution of employee performance programs across the organization. This role focuses on goal setting, performance reviews, continuous feedback, employee development, performance tracking, and manager support.
The ideal candidate will help create consistent and effective performance practices that connect employee contributions with organizational priorities while strengthening accountability, engagement, and professional growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee performance-management processes and review cycles.
- Support managers and employees with goal-setting and performance expectations.
- Administer performance reviews, check-ins, feedback, and development plans.
- Maintain accurate performance records within HR systems.
- Track completion of performance-management activities and deadlines.
- Provide guidance on performance documentation and feedback practices.
- Support managers with performance-improvement processes.
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and workforce analyses.
- Identify performance trends and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Assist with employee development and career-planning initiatives.
- Support calibration and performance-evaluation activities.
- Develop performance-management resources, templates, and communications.
- Coordinate training related to goal-setting, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Partner with HR and Learning & Development teams on talent initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee performance information.
- Research performance-management practices and recommend process enhancements.
- Support implementation and optimization of performance-management technology.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in performance management, HR, talent management, or organizational development.
- Understanding of performance reviews, goal-setting, feedback, and employee development.
- Experience with HRIS or talent-management systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of U.S. HR practices and employment requirements preferred.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or related certification is a plus.

Working Conditions
- Fully Remote position within the United States.
- Standard Monday through Friday schedule.
- Occasional flexibility may be required during performance-review cycles.
- Frequent virtual collaboration with employees, managers, HR, and leadership.
- Primarily computer-based work using HRIS, talent-management, analytics, and collaboration platforms.
Job Function
The Performance Management function supports employee goal-setting, performance reviews, feedback, development planning, performance tracking, manager support, reporting, and continuous improvement of organizational performance practices.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $100,000 – $160,000 annually, based on experience, HR expertise, organizational scope, and overall qualifications.
