About the Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and commercially minded Senior Manager, Business to lead cross-functional initiatives, improve business performance, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role will work closely with executive leadership and functional teams to translate business priorities into measurable initiatives and sustainable results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead strategic business initiatives from planning through execution.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies.
• Analyze business performance, market trends, customer data, and competitive conditions.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Develop business cases, financial analyses, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
• Establish KPIs and performance-management frameworks for strategic initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Technology.
• Manage high-priority projects and ensure successful execution against timelines and objectives.
• Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, and strategic reports.
• Monitor progress against business objectives and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support growth decisions.
• Evaluate new business models, partnerships, markets, products, and expansion opportunities.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and develop scalable solutions.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and organizational goal-setting.
• Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and performance reporting.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and leadership workshops.
• Establish processes that improve accountability, decision-making, and organizational effectiveness.
• Mentor managers and business professionals involved in strategic initiatives.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Operations, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive business, strategy, operations, consulting, or corporate management experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading strategic initiatives or cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, financial analysis, operational performance, and organizational planning.
• Experience developing business cases, financial models, forecasts, and executive presentations.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and business intelligence tools.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, analytics, or business-management platforms preferred.
• MBA or advanced business degree is preferred.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Working Conditions

• Fully Remote position within the United States.
• Standard Monday through Friday schedule.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $175,000 – $270,000 annually, based on leadership experience, strategic expertise, industry background, business complexity, and overall qualifications.
