About the Opportunity
We are seeking an analytical and highly organized Supply Chain Specialist to support procurement, inventory planning, supplier coordination, logistics, order management, and supply chain performance. This role will help ensure the efficient flow of materials, products, and information while supporting cost control, service levels, and operational continuity.
The Supply Chain Specialist will collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Logistics, Warehouse, Sales, and external suppliers to resolve supply issues and improve end-to-end supply chain performance. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support daily supply chain planning and operational activities.
- Monitor purchase orders, inventory levels, deliveries, and supplier commitments.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Track shipments and resolve logistics or delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate supply chain, purchasing, inventory, and supplier records.
- Analyze inventory data to identify shortages, excess stock, and replenishment requirements.
- Support demand planning and inventory forecasting activities.
- Prepare purchase orders and coordinate procurement activities.
- Monitor supplier performance against quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Identify potential supply disruptions and escalate risks appropriately.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Operations teams to improve supply availability.
- Analyze supply chain KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Assist with supplier onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Support cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate product, supplier, pricing, and logistics information.
- Investigate discrepancies between purchase orders, invoices, shipments, and receipts.
- Support supply chain projects, audits, and process reviews.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory management, or operations.
- Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory, logistics, and supplier management processes.
- Experience working with ERP, procurement, inventory, or supply chain management systems.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data-analysis skills.
- Familiarity with supply chain KPIs such as inventory turnover, lead time, fill rate, order accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable systems preferred.
- APICS/ASCM certification or related supply chain certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Through data analysis and cross-functional coordination, this position supports cost optimization, inventory efficiency, supplier reliability, customer service, and overall operational continuity.
Working Conditions
- Fully Remote position within the United States.
- Standard Monday through Friday schedule.
- Flexibility may occasionally be required to coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners across different time zones.
- Frequent virtual collaboration with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Logistics, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
- Primarily computer-based work using ERP, procurement, inventory, analytics, and collaboration platforms.
- Occasional travel for supplier meetings, conferences, audits, or company events.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $95,000 – $150,000 annually, based on supply chain experience, technical expertise, industry background, ERP knowledge, and overall qualifications.
