About the Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and people-focused Recruiter to support the organization’s talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, screening, and engaging qualified candidates across a variety of positions. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, build candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and help deliver an efficient and positive candidate experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from candidate sourcing through offer coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and talent databases.
  • Review resumes and applications and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Conduct phone and video screening interviews.
  • Develop and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
  • Prepare and publish job descriptions and recruitment advertisements.
  • Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate background checks, references, assessments, and other pre-employment activities.
  • Track recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, source effectiveness, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Develop relationships with professional networks, recruiting communities, and talent organizations.
  • Ensure recruiting activities follow company policies and applicable employment requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and sourcing effectiveness.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of interviewing and candidate evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, iCIMS, or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and online sourcing tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of employment practices and recruiting compliance is preferred.
  • Recruiting or HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are a plus.

Through effective sourcing, candidate assessment, relationship management, and collaboration with hiring managers, the Recruiter helps build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.

The role also contributes to employer branding, recruiting analytics, candidate experience, and continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes.


Working Conditions

  • Fully Remote position within the United States.
  • Standard Monday through Friday schedule.
  • Flexible hours may be required for candidates and hiring managers in different time zones.
  • Frequent virtual interviews and meetings with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Primarily computer-based work using ATS, recruiting, communication, and collaboration platforms.
  • Occasional travel for recruiting events, conferences, career fairs, and company meetings.

Job Function

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating qualified candidates while supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. The role maintains candidate pipelines, manages recruiting systems, supports employer branding, and contributes to a positive candidate experience.


Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $95,000 – $150,000 annually, based on recruiting experience, sourcing expertise, industry background, hiring volume, and overall qualifications.
