About the Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Recruiter to support the organization’s talent acquisition strategy by sourcing, evaluating, and attracting qualified professionals across multiple functions. This role will partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand workforce requirements, develop effective recruiting strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
The HR Recruiter will manage recruiting activities from initial sourcing through offer coordination and onboarding handoff. The ideal candidate combines strong communication and relationship-building skills with effective sourcing techniques, organizational discipline, and a strong understanding of modern recruiting practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from job intake through offer and onboarding handoff.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop recruiting strategies.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
- Review resumes and applications and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Conduct structured phone and video interviews to assess qualifications and cultural alignment.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
- Develop compelling job descriptions and recruitment advertisements.
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline activity, and offer acceptance.
- Communicate regularly with candidates and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate background checks, references, assessments, and offer documentation as required.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Develop relationships with professional organizations, universities, recruiting communities, and external talent networks.
- Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws and company policies.
- Support recruiting process improvements and HR technology initiatives.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or staffing.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, interviewing, and recruiting best practices.
- Experience using ATS and recruiting platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, or similar systems.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and online sourcing tools preferred.
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Familiarity with employment regulations and equal employment practices.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or related certification is a plus.

Working Conditions
- Fully Remote position within the United States.
- Standard Monday through Friday schedule.
- Flexible hours may be required to accommodate candidates and hiring managers across different time zones.
- Frequent virtual interviews and collaboration with distributed teams.
- Primarily computer-based work using ATS, recruiting platforms, video conferencing, and HR systems.
- Occasional travel for recruiting events, conferences, career fairs, and company meetings.
Job Function

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $105,000 – $165,000 annually, based on recruiting experience, industry expertise, sourcing capabilities, hiring volume, and overall qualifications.
