About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support business decisions and operational performance. This role will analyze business, customer, financial, and operational data while developing reports, dashboards, and analytical models for stakeholders across the organization.
The Data Analyst will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Technology teams to identify trends, measure performance, uncover opportunities, and improve decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business understanding and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple business systems.
- Develop recurring reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for internal stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities within large datasets.
- Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches.
- Use SQL to query, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
- Build data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Partner with business teams to define KPIs and establish meaningful performance measurements.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and investigate significant changes in business performance.
- Support forecasting, trend analysis, and business planning initiatives.
- Maintain accurate analytical documentation, reports, and data definitions.
- Identify data-quality issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve them.
- Automate recurring reports and analytical workflows where appropriate.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to management and business stakeholders.
- Support data-driven process improvement and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and appropriate controls when working with business and customer data.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or another data visualization platform.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is preferred.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts, data visualization, and analytical methodologies.
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to translate complex data into practical business recommendations.

Working Conditions
- Fully Remote position within the United States.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $120,000 – $180,000 annually, based on analytical experience, technical capabilities, SQL proficiency, industry expertise, and overall qualifications.
