About the Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished and client-focused Senior Account Executive to manage strategic client relationships, drive revenue growth, identify business opportunities, and ensure exceptional service delivery across a portfolio of key accounts. This senior-level position serves as a trusted advisor to clients while partnering with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs and organizational objectives.
The Senior Account Executive will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to develop account strategies, manage commercial relationships, negotiate contracts, and expand existing partnerships.
The ideal candidate brings a strong record of account management and revenue generation, excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic and high-value client accounts.
- Develop comprehensive account plans aligned with client objectives and company revenue goals.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify expansion, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead client presentations, business reviews, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Understand client business challenges and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of client commitments.
- Monitor account performance, revenue, profitability, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans, opportunities, and activity records.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements.
- Proactively identify customer risks and develop strategies to improve retention.
- Research market conditions, competitive activity, and industry developments.
- Prepare executive-level account reports and performance updates.
- Support strategic sales initiatives, client events, and business development programs.
- Mentor junior account executives and contribute to sales best practices.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, business development, or client services.
- Proven track record managing strategic or enterprise-level accounts.
- Demonstrated success in revenue growth, account expansion, renewals, and client retention.
- Strong experience presenting to senior executives and decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation, consultative selling, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
- Excellent forecasting, reporting, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- Industry-specific certifications or professional sales qualifications are a plus.

Working Conditions
- Fully Remote position within the United States.
- Standard Monday through Friday schedule with flexibility for client meetings across multiple time zones.
- Frequent virtual meetings with clients, prospects, executives, and internal teams.
- Primarily computer-based work using CRM, communication, presentation, and account management platforms.
- Occasional domestic travel for strategic client meetings, conferences, and company events.
Job Function

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $180,000 – $290,000 annually, based on account management experience, revenue performance, industry expertise, portfolio complexity, and overall qualifications.
