About the Opportunity
We are seeking a customer-focused and analytically minded Product Manager to guide products from discovery and definition through development, launch, and continuous improvement. This role is responsible for understanding customer needs, evaluating market opportunities, defining product requirements, prioritizing roadmaps, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver products that create measurable business and customer value.
The Product Manager will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong product judgment with excellent communication, analytical thinking, and execution skills. This position requires someone who can translate complex customer and business needs into clear product priorities while effectively managing competing requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Define product vision, goals, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business and customer objectives.
- Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitive assessments.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback, usage data, and stakeholder requirements.
- Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical considerations, and available resources.
- Partner with Engineering and Design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Facilitate product discovery, planning, refinement, and prioritization sessions.
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure product requirements are clearly understood.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, engagement, retention, and other key metrics.
- Coordinate product launches and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap changes, priorities, and progress to stakeholders.
- Identify product risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate product outcomes and use data to guide future decisions.
- Support pricing, packaging, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives when applicable.
- Continuously improve product processes, customer experience, and product-market fit.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in product management, product development, business analysis, or a related technology role.
- Experience managing digital products, SaaS platforms, software applications, or technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience developing product roadmaps, requirements, user stories, and prioritization frameworks.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with product performance data.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer discovery, usability, and product research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $170,000 – $260,000 annually, based on product management experience, technical expertise, industry background, product scope, and overall qualifications.
