Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization’s global supply chain strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Lead global procurement, sourcing, planning, logistics, distribution, inventory, and supplier management functions.
- Establish supply chain operating models that improve resilience, scalability, service levels, and cost efficiency.
- Develop strategic supplier relationships and negotiate complex global agreements.
- Lead global sourcing and procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, capacity, and supplier performance.
- Oversee demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and sales and operations planning processes.
- Establish supply chain performance metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting frameworks.
- Drive network optimization and distribution strategy across global markets.
- Develop contingency planning and supply chain risk management strategies.
- Lead supply chain transformation, automation, technology implementation, and digitalization initiatives.
- Partner with Finance to manage supply chain budgets, working capital, cost structures, and profitability objectives.
- Collaborate with Operations and Manufacturing teams to align production capacity with market demand.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, logistics providers, and business partners.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve working capital, and strengthen operational performance.
- Develop and mentor high-performing global supply chain leadership teams.
- Ensure supply chain activities comply with applicable regulatory, trade, environmental, and organizational requirements.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations leadership experience.
- Significant experience leading global supply chain organizations across multiple regions.
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement, demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier management.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of global trade, transportation, distribution networks, and supply chain risk management.
- Experience managing complex budgets, supplier portfolios, and international operating environments.
- Strong knowledge of ERP, supply chain planning, procurement, and analytics technologies.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $412,000 – $520,000 annually, based on executive leadership experience, global supply chain expertise, industry background, organizational scale, and overall qualifications.
