We are seeking an experienced Data Manager to lead enterprise data management initiatives, oversee data governance programs, ensure data quality, and manage business intelligence operations across the organization. This leadership role is responsible for developing data strategies, optimizing enterprise data architecture, managing analytical reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting executive decision-making.
The Data Manager collaborates with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, Information Security, Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership to deliver scalable data solutions that improve operational efficiency, business performance, and strategic planning.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise data management, governance, and data quality initiatives across multiple business functions.
- Develop and implement enterprise data strategies that support organizational growth and digital transformation.
- Establish data governance policies, standards, metadata management, and master data management practices.
- Oversee enterprise reporting, business intelligence, KPI development, and executive dashboards.
- Manage data integration, ETL processes, cloud data platforms, and enterprise data warehouses.
- Collaborate with business leaders to define reporting requirements and deliver actionable business insights.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, security policies, and corporate governance standards.
- Monitor data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and availability across enterprise systems.
- Lead cross-functional data projects involving analytics, automation, and operational improvement.
- Optimize database performance, reporting environments, and enterprise analytics platforms.
- Mentor Data Analysts, BI Developers, Data Engineers, and Data Stewards while promoting best practices.
- Evaluate emerging data technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve business outcomes.
- Develop executive presentations, strategic reports, and enterprise performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and data excellence.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline required.
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Management, or Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in data management, business intelligence, analytics, or enterprise data governance.
- Minimum of 3 years leading enterprise data or analytics teams.
- Advanced expertise with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or comparable enterprise data platforms.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud data services and modern cloud analytics environments.
- Strong understanding of ETL development, data warehousing, metadata management, and master data management.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality methodologies, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Experience with Python, R, or data automation technologies is preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package
Base Salary: $346,000 – $392,000 USD annually
Compensation is determined based on data management leadership experience, enterprise analytics expertise, cloud platform knowledge, geographic location, certifications, and overall qualifications.
