We are seeking an accomplished Assistant Executive Director to support executive leadership in overseeing organizational operations, strategic initiatives, financial performance, and cross-functional business programs. This senior leadership position serves as a key advisor to the Executive Director while managing enterprise projects, supporting executive decision-making, and ensuring the successful execution of organizational priorities.
The Assistant Executive Director collaborates with executive leaders, department heads, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Operations, Business Development, Legal, and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence, strengthen organizational performance, and achieve strategic objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with the Executive Director to develop and execute organizational strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.

- Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, business transformation projects, and operational improvement programs.
- Support executive leadership with organizational planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Develop executive reports, board presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor organizational KPIs, financial performance, operational metrics, and project outcomes.
- Collaborate with department leaders to establish priorities, allocate resources, and resolve operational challenges.
- Support talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, governance standards, and risk management practices.
- Represent executive leadership during internal meetings, stakeholder engagements, and strategic partnerships.
- Strengthen relationships with clients, community partners, board members, and external organizations.

- Mentor management teams while developing future organizational leaders.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, Finance, or a related discipline required.
- Master’s degree (MBA, MPA, MHA, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in executive management, operations, administration, or organizational leadership.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise initiatives.
- Strong financial management, budgeting, strategic planning, and operational leadership experience.
- Experience managing organizational performance, governance, compliance, and business transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency with enterprise management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, business intelligence platforms, and project management tools.
- Excellent executive communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to influence executive decisions and lead organizational change.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package
Base Salary: $388,000 – $446,000 USD annually
Compensation is determined based on executive leadership experience, operational expertise, organizational complexity, geographic location, industry background, and overall qualifications.
