We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade software applications using Microsoft’s technology stack. This role is responsible for building secure, scalable, and high-performing applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative business solutions.
The .NET Developer will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Quality Assurance, Database Administrators, and Cybersecurity teams to develop modern applications that meet business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of software quality and security.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET technologies and Microsoft development frameworks.
- Build scalable web applications, RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services supporting enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure and modern cloud development practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, secure, and reusable code following software engineering best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Integrate enterprise applications with databases, third-party services, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Participate in Agile software development activities including sprint planning, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
- Develop automated unit tests, integration tests, and support continuous delivery pipelines.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD automation and deployment processes.
- Maintain technical documentation, software architecture diagrams, and development standards.
- Mentor junior developers while promoting engineering excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies, .NET releases, and software engineering best practices.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline required.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience developing enterprise software using Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 8+, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ.
- Experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, or other enterprise database platforms.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application development.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Blazor is preferred.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps methodologies.
- Knowledge of secure software development, authentication, authorization, and application security best practices.
- Microsoft Azure Developer Associate or related certifications are considered an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package
Base Salary: $278,000 – $352,000 USD annually
Compensation is determined based on .NET development expertise, cloud engineering experience, software architecture knowledge, geographic location, technical leadership, and overall qualifications.
