Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Analyze business processes, operational workflows, and technology requirements to identify improvement opportunities.
Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements from stakeholders across the organization.
Evaluate existing systems, applications, and technology infrastructure to recommend enhancements and optimizations.
Develop functional specifications, process documentation, workflow diagrams, and technical requirements.
Collaborate with software development, infrastructure, and business teams to implement technology solutions.
Support system implementation projects, upgrades, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation activities.
Monitor system performance, reliability, and operational effectiveness.
Investigate and resolve system-related issues while coordinating with technical support teams.
Assist with data analysis, reporting solutions, and business intelligence initiatives.
Support ERP, CRM, HRIS, financial systems, and enterprise application environments.
Develop user training materials, process documentation, and knowledge-sharing resources.
Participate in vendor evaluations, technology assessments, and solution selection initiatives.
Ensure compliance with organizational technology standards, governance requirements, and security policies.
Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, enterprise applications, or information technology roles.
Strong understanding of business process analysis, systems implementation, and technology solution design.
Experience with ERP, CRM, HRIS, financial systems, and enterprise software platforms.
Knowledge of SQL, database concepts, reporting tools, and data analysis methodologies.
Experience gathering requirements and managing technology projects within complex business environments.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Strong technical documentation and process mapping capabilities.
Experience supporting cloud-based applications and enterprise technology environments.

Job Function

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $190,000 – $275,000 annually, based on systems analysis experience, technical expertise, industry background, certifications, and overall qualifications.
