Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Support cash flow forecasting, capital planning, and profitability analysis.
- Evaluate business performance through scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.

- Mentor and develop finance professionals while promoting best practices across the organization.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or advanced finance certification preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of progressive finance, FP&A, corporate finance, or financial management experience.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial reporting systems, and data analysis tools.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business operations.
- Proven ability to influence business decisions through financial insights and analysis.

Compensation & Benefits
