Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, technology leadership, data management, or related functions.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing analytics, technology, or business intelligence teams.
- Strong expertise in data analytics, reporting frameworks, business intelligence, and technology strategy.
- Experience with platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, Python, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

Compensation & Benefits
