About the Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Recruiter to join a high-performing talent acquisition organization supporting growth across multiple business functions. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, evaluating, and securing exceptional talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience and serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.

As a Recruiter, you will partner closely with Talent Acquisition Leadership, Human Resources, Hiring Managers, Operations, and Executive Stakeholders to develop strategic sourcing initiatives, manage full-cycle recruitment processes, and build robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. You will play a critical role in helping the organization attract top-tier professionals while strengthening employer branding and workforce planning efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, workforce plans, and position requirements.
  • Develop sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn, professional networks, job boards, referrals, talent communities, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple functional disciplines.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and qualification reviews.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring recommendations to business leaders.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Develop and execute diversity recruiting and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Support employer branding activities and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Negotiate employment offers and manage offer presentation processes.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes.
  • Participate in workforce planning discussions and strategic talent initiatives.
  • Build long-term relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience supporting corporate, professional, technical, operational, or executive-level hiring initiatives.
  • Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and modern recruiting technologies.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and candidate assessment methodologies.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management abilities.

Strategic Support

The Recruiter serves as a strategic talent partner responsible for helping the organization attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent. This role collaborates with Human Resources, Business Leaders, Department Managers, and Executive Stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies that support organizational growth, workforce planning, and long-term business objectives.

Through sourcing excellence, candidate engagement, talent pipeline development, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment process optimization, this position contributes directly to workforce quality, organizational performance, and sustainable growth.


Working Conditions

  • Fully Remote position within the United States.
  • Standard Monday through Friday business schedule with flexibility based on hiring priorities.

Job Function

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $140,000 – $210,000 annually, based on recruiting experience, sourcing expertise, industry specialization, performance history, and overall qualifications.
