Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Evaluate model performance and continuously improve analytical frameworks.

- Document methodologies, technical processes, and model governance procedures.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, advanced analytics, or quantitative research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and modern data science tools.
- Experience developing machine learning models, predictive analytics solutions, and statistical methodologies.
- Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering, and forecasting techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $200,000 – $290,000 annually, based on technical expertise, machine learning experience, industry background, business impact, and overall qualifications.
