Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements for enterprise technology initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify technology solutions that improve efficiency.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, workflow documentation, user stories, and technical design documents.
- Evaluate existing enterprise systems and recommend enhancements that improve system functionality, scalability, and user experience.
- Support the implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization of enterprise software applications.
- Coordinate with Software Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Quality Assurance, and Product teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and post-implementation validation activities.
- Analyze business processes and develop recommendations that improve workflow automation and operational effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams and vendors.
- Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and business intelligence solutions that support operational and executive decision-making.
- Assist with enterprise application integrations, API implementations, cloud migration initiatives, and data conversion projects.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation, business process maps, system diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Ensure enterprise applications comply with organizational security standards, governance policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and project planning sessions.
- Provide end-user training, technical documentation, and ongoing production support following system implementations.
- Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that enhance enterprise capabilities and operational performance.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Enterprise Applications Analyst.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, systems integration, software implementation, and process improvement.
- Experience supporting ERP, CRM, HRIS, financial systems, supply chain platforms, or other enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, APIs, web services, and enterprise system integrations.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other cloud-based enterprise platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Project, or similar collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities.

Compensation & Benefits
