Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Partner with executive leadership to define strategic priorities, business objectives, and transformation roadmaps.
- Facilitate executive workshops, strategic planning sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement transformation initiatives and monitor performance against established objectives.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA or Master’s degree from an accredited institution preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or strategic planning.
- Experience advising executive leadership on complex business initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits
