Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory business plans to achieve and exceed annual sales objectives.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across hospitals, healthcare systems, specialty clinics, and physician practices.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians, surgeons, hospital administrators, procurement teams, and clinical stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations, clinical demonstrations, and educational programs for healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with Clinical Specialists to support product evaluations, implementations, and customer training.
- Analyze territory performance, competitive activity, market trends, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, territory reporting, and CRM documentation.
- Partner with Marketing to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements within company guidelines.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, customer events, and regional sales meetings.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations, company policies, and ethical selling standards.
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining strong business relationships.
- Continuously expand product knowledge and remain current on clinical advancements and competitive technologies.
- Contribute to regional sales strategies and share market intelligence with leadership.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of successful field sales experience, preferably within medical devices, healthcare technology, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
- Proven history of consistently achieving or exceeding territory sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling, account management, and territory development.
- Experience working with hospitals, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), physician offices, or healthcare providers is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in pipeline management and sales forecasting.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel by automobile and air as business needs require.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $180,000 – $260,000 annually, based on experience, territory performance, industry expertise, and overall qualifications.
