Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support for enterprise hardware, software, operating systems, and business applications.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment.
  • Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
  • Monitor and maintain enterprise network connectivity, VPN access, wireless infrastructure, and remote access solutions.
  • Assist with server administration, virtualization platforms, cloud services, and enterprise storage environments.
  • Respond to and resolve technical incidents, service requests, and system outages within established service level agreements.
  • Support user account administration, identity management, access controls, and security policies.
  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams to implement endpoint protection, vulnerability remediation, and security best practices.
  • Perform software deployment, operating system upgrades, hardware refresh initiatives, and technology lifecycle management.
  • Document technical procedures, troubleshooting guides, system configurations, and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning, backup validation, and business continuity initiatives.
  • Support enterprise technology projects including system implementations, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Monitor IT systems for performance, availability, and operational health while proactively identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with third-party technology vendors to resolve hardware, software, and infrastructure issues.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, software licensing, and technology compliance documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance IT service delivery and operational efficiency.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Exchange Online.
  • Experience supporting enterprise networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, wireless networking, and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Experience supporting cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Working knowledge of endpoint management tools, including Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with IT service management platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or equivalent.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles, endpoint security, identity management, and compliance standards.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and diagnostic abilities.
  • Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, Cisco, or Azure certifications are highly desirable.

Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $120,000 – $165,000 annually, based on experience, technical expertise, certifications, and overall qualifications.
