Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of multiple enterprise-wide programs and strategic initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive program roadmaps, implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Executive Leadership.
- Monitor program scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, dependencies, and overall project health.
- Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues affecting program execution.
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting standards, and performance metrics to support executive decision-making.
- Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide regular program status updates to senior leadership.
- Manage program budgets, financial forecasting, and resource planning while ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Drive organizational change management initiatives supporting program adoption and business transformation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, priorities, and success metrics.
- Ensure program compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and governance policies.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen program delivery methodologies and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate program performance using KPIs, dashboards, and business analytics.
- Coordinate third-party vendors, consulting partners, and external service providers where applicable.
- Mentor project managers and program coordinators while promoting best practices in program management.
- Support enterprise strategic planning through portfolio management and executive reporting.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Program Management, Project Management, Business Operations, or Enterprise Transformation.
- Experience leading complex enterprise programs within technology, cloud computing, SaaS, financial services, healthcare, or consulting environments.
- Strong knowledge of program management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
- Experience managing enterprise budgets, resource planning, and cross-functional program governance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms.
- Strong analytical, financial planning, and organizational leadership capabilities.
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or related certifications are highly preferred.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple concurrent strategic initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits
