As we continue expanding our global engineering organization, we are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to help design, automate, deploy, and optimize enterprise infrastructure supporting high-performance cloud applications. This role will collaborate closely with Software Engineering, Cloud Architecture, Cybersecurity, Platform Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering teams to improve deployment velocity, operational reliability, and infrastructure scalability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Engineering

  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Build highly available, fault-tolerant environments supporting cloud-native applications and distributed systems.
  • Implement enterprise platform engineering standards that improve developer productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, availability, and cloud resource utilization.

CI/CD Pipeline Development

  • Design, build, and maintain enterprise Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Automate software build, testing, deployment, and release management processes.
  • Integrate automated quality assurance, security scanning, and deployment validation into engineering workflows.
  • Improve release reliability while reducing deployment risk and manual intervention.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  • Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates, or similar technologies.
  • Standardize cloud environments through reusable automation modules and configuration management.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management across development, staging, and production environments.
  • Maintain version-controlled infrastructure supporting enterprise scalability.

Containerization & Kubernetes

  • Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Optimize Kubernetes clusters for availability, security, performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Support microservices architecture through container orchestration and service mesh technologies.
  • Monitor cluster health and implement automated scaling solutions.

DevSecOps & Cloud Security

  • Integrate security controls throughout CI/CD pipelines following DevSecOps best practices.
  • Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM), secrets management, encryption, vulnerability scanning, and compliance automation.
  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams to strengthen cloud security posture.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and enterprise governance requirements.

Monitoring, Reliability & Incident Management

  • Build enterprise observability solutions using monitoring, logging, and alerting platforms.
  • Monitor application performance, infrastructure health, and operational metrics.
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
  • Improve platform reliability through proactive monitoring and automation.

Cross-Functional Engineering Collaboration

  • Partner with Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, QA Engineers, Product Managers, and Infrastructure teams.
  • Provide technical guidance regarding DevOps best practices and cloud-native architecture.
  • Support cloud migration, modernization, and platform optimization initiatives.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, or related field required.
  • 4–8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Strong experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or hybrid cloud environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, or similar DevOps technologies.
  • Experience with scripting languages including Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux system administration, networking, virtualization, storage, and cloud security.
  • Experience with monitoring platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack, Splunk, CloudWatch, or Azure Monitor.
  • Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or equivalent are highly preferred.

Compensation Package: $205,000 – $315,000
