Company Overview
We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise financial technology and business services organization operating in a market where credit discipline, financial analysis, risk visibility, portfolio quality, lending strategy, and data-driven decision-making directly influence long-term business performance. Our organization supports commercial customers, enterprise clients, lending programs, credit portfolios, financial partners, risk management teams, business operations, and executive stakeholders that require accurate analysis, strong judgment, disciplined underwriting, and reliable credit recommendations.
As financial markets evolve and businesses face changing economic conditions, credit analysis has become one of the most important functions supporting responsible growth. Organizations need professionals who can evaluate borrower strength, review financial statements, assess repayment capacity, identify risk trends, interpret credit data, monitor portfolio exposure, and provide sound recommendations that balance growth opportunity with risk protection. The Senior Credit Analyst role is central to helping the organization make informed credit decisions while maintaining portfolio quality and financial discipline.
Our company is investing heavily in AI-enabled credit intelligence, portfolio analytics, automated financial spreading, risk scoring models, commercial underwriting tools, digital lending workflows, cash flow analysis, covenant monitoring, credit policy governance, fraud prevention, data quality, and scalable financial operations. We are seeking a highly capable Senior Credit Analyst who can support complex credit reviews, strengthen underwriting quality, analyze financial performance, and provide practical insight to business and risk leaders.
This is not a traditional credit analyst role focused only on basic ratio calculation, file preparation, or routine credit memo support. The Senior Credit Analyst will serve as a trusted credit risk partner responsible for evaluating financial strength, assessing borrower risk, reviewing credit structures, monitoring portfolio performance, supporting underwriting decisions, and helping leadership understand risk exposure across customers, industries, and credit products.
The selected candidate will work closely with Credit Risk, Underwriting, Portfolio Management, Finance, Sales, Account Management, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Data Analytics, Treasury, and Executive Leadership to ensure credit decisions are supported by accurate financial analysis, sound risk assessment, clear documentation, and alignment with credit policy.
This is a strong opportunity for a credit professional who wants to analyze meaningful financial relationships, support enterprise-level lending and risk decisions, work with modern credit technology, and contribute to a scalable credit function within a growing remote-first organization.
Your Role at the Company
As Senior Credit Analyst, you will evaluate creditworthiness, analyze financial statements, assess risk exposure, support underwriting decisions, and help monitor portfolio quality across assigned customers, accounts, lending relationships, or credit programs.

You will serve as a trusted analytical partner to credit and business leaders while maintaining accountability for analysis quality, documentation accuracy, risk identification, policy alignment, and timely decision support.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial analysis, commercial credit judgment, risk awareness, documentation discipline, communication strength, and the ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations.

Perform financial spreading, ratio analysis, cash flow analysis, sensitivity analysis, collateral review, guarantor review, and risk rating support.
Identify emerging risks such as declining liquidity, margin pressure, leverage increases, customer concentration, late payments, covenant issues, fraud indicators, or industry deterioration.
Prepare portfolio performance reports, credit trend summaries, customer risk updates, exception reports, and leadership briefing materials.
Support credit committee meetings, portfolio reviews, audit requests, regulatory reviews, internal control processes, and credit governance activities.
Recommend practical credit actions, including approval conditions, credit limits, monitoring requirements, covenant adjustments, risk rating changes, or escalation steps.
Improve credit processes by identifying documentation gaps, data quality issues, manual workflow challenges, inconsistent analysis, and opportunities for automation or standardization.
