This is not a traditional engineering role focused only on completing assigned tickets or building isolated features. The Full Stack Engineer will serve as a product-focused software engineer responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and improving modern applications that support enterprise workflows, customer engagement, operational visibility, and digital product growth.

The selected candidate will work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Security, DevOps, QA, Customer Success, Support, and business stakeholders to turn product requirements into secure, scalable, and user-friendly software. This role will support both new product development and ongoing platform improvements, including performance, reliability, code quality, system integration, and user experience.

Your Role at the Company

As Full Stack Engineer, you will design, build, test, deploy, and maintain software across frontend, backend, database, API, and cloud application layers.

You will be responsible for developing user-facing features, backend services, reusable components, integrations, data workflows, application logic, automated tests, and production-ready software that supports customer and business needs.

You will serve as a trusted technical contributor within the engineering team while maintaining accountability for code quality, reliability, performance, maintainability, security, and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals, product thinking, frontend and backend development capability, cloud awareness, problem-solving ability, and clear communication to support scalable digital product development.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full stack applications across frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud-based systems.

Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web interfaces using modern frontend frameworks, reusable components, design systems, and performance-conscious development practices.

Develop backend services, business logic, APIs, authentication flows, data models, workflow services, and integrations that support scalable enterprise applications.

Partner with Product and Design teams to understand user needs, define technical approaches, evaluate tradeoffs, and deliver features that create measurable customer value.

Partner with Data, AI, and Analytics teams to support data-driven product features, reporting workflows, dashboards, automation, and intelligent application experiences.

Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code while following engineering standards, code review practices, secure development expectations, and documentation requirements.

Improve application performance, reliability, scalability, observability, error handling, user experience, and operational readiness.

Support database design, query optimization, schema updates, migrations, data validation, and data integrity across assigned application areas.

Build and maintain APIs, service integrations, third-party connections, internal tools, and workflow automation that improve product and business operations.

Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, estimation, and engineering decision-making.

Partner with DevOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to support CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, environment configuration, monitoring, logging, and production support.

Partner with Security teams to support secure coding practices, access controls, data protection, vulnerability remediation, authentication, authorization, and compliance expectations.

Investigate production issues, troubleshoot bugs, analyze logs, identify root causes, implement fixes, and improve system resilience.

Contribute to engineering documentation, technical specifications, API documentation, runbooks, onboarding materials, and internal knowledge resources.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of professional software engineering experience building full stack applications, web platforms, enterprise software, SaaS products, cloud applications, or internal business systems.

Experience working within enterprise SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platforms, fintech, healthcare technology, cybersecurity, ecommerce, digital products, or large-scale technology environments preferred.

Strong experience with frontend technologies such as React, Next.js, Angular, Vue, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, component libraries, design systems, or modern web development frameworks.

Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, C#, Go, Ruby, PHP, REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, serverless functions, or similar application frameworks.

Experience with databases and data technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, Snowflake, DynamoDB, or similar systems.

Experience with cloud platforms and deployment environments such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, data structures, APIs, authentication, authorization, application security, testing, debugging, performance optimization, and system design.

Experience writing automated tests, including unit tests, integration tests, API tests, end-to-end tests, regression checks, and testable application architecture.

Experience using tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jira, Linear, Confluence, Datadog, New Relic, Sentry, Postman, Figma, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms preferred.

Ability to work with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Security, DevOps, Data Analytics, Customer Success, Support, and business stakeholders.

Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving, code review, collaboration, technical planning, and follow-through skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field preferred.
