Company Overview

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise organization operating across multiple regions, business units, customer segments, and service environments where regional execution, operational consistency, customer satisfaction, workforce performance, and disciplined leadership directly influence long-term business success. Our organization supports distributed teams, enterprise customers, regional operating groups, strategic partners, service delivery functions, technology-enabled workflows, and large-scale business initiatives that require strong regional leadership, clear accountability, and measurable operational results.

As organizations expand across markets, regions, customer groups, and business functions, regional operations leadership becomes one of the most important drivers of execution quality, service reliability, team alignment, financial discipline, and customer experience. The Regional Director of Operations role is designed for a leader who can translate enterprise strategy into regional execution while ensuring teams operate with consistency, speed, accountability, and customer focus.

Our company is investing heavily in regional operating models, AI-enabled workflows, performance dashboards, customer delivery systems, workforce planning, process optimization, operational governance, digital transformation, service quality improvement, and scalable business operations. We are seeking a highly accomplished Regional Director of Operations who can provide senior leadership across assigned regions while improving operational performance, customer outcomes, team productivity, cost control, and business execution.

This is not a traditional regional operations role focused only on local issue handling, basic reporting, or routine team oversight. The Regional Director of Operations will serve as a senior regional business leader responsible for connecting regional strategy, operational execution, customer delivery, workforce planning, performance management, process improvement, financial accountability, and cross-functional coordination into one disciplined operating model.

The selected leader will work closely with Executive Leadership, Operations, Finance, Customer Success, Sales, Product, Technology, HR, Legal, Procurement, Data Analytics, regional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure regional priorities support enterprise objectives, customer expectations, revenue goals, cost discipline, and scalable growth.

This role requires a leader who understands how regional execution affects enterprise performance. The ideal candidate will know how to lead distributed teams, manage regional KPIs, improve service delivery, support customer relationships, identify operational risks, strengthen operating routines, improve team accountability, manage resources, and communicate regional performance clearly to senior leadership.

This is a unique opportunity to lead high-impact regional operations while partnering directly with senior leadership to shape execution quality, improve business outcomes, and build a more consistent, scalable, and performance-driven operating model across the organization.

Your Role at the Company

As Regional Director of Operations, you will oversee the strategy, execution, performance, and continuous improvement of operations across assigned regions while ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives, customer expectations, financial targets, workforce needs, and service-level commitments.

You will be responsible for leading regional operating plans, managing regional performance, improving service delivery, strengthening team execution, supporting customer priorities, managing resources, improving processes, and ensuring consistent operational standards across business locations, markets, or distributed teams.

You will serve as a trusted operating partner to executive and senior leadership while maintaining accountability for regional operational excellence, customer delivery quality, productivity, cost visibility, workforce effectiveness, process consistency, and scalable execution.

The ideal candidate combines regional operations leadership, strategic thinking, analytical judgment, financial acumen, people leadership, customer focus, and execution discipline to drive measurable business results.
