Company Overview

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise organization operating across distribution, logistics, fulfillment, supply chain technology, enterprise manufacturing, ecommerce operations, customer delivery, and business operations. Our organization supports a complex network of distribution centers, fulfillment partners, transportation providers, suppliers, enterprise customers, inventory flows, warehouse operations, and operational teams that require strong leadership, disciplined execution, data-driven planning, and continuous improvement.

As customer expectations continue to rise, distribution leadership has become one of the most critical drivers of service quality, delivery reliability, cost efficiency, inventory movement, customer satisfaction, and enterprise scalability. Modern distribution is no longer limited to warehouse activity or shipment coordination. It requires strong operating systems, clear performance visibility, labor planning, logistics alignment, inventory accuracy, technology adoption, safety discipline, vendor accountability, and customer-focused execution.

Our company is investing heavily in distribution transformation, AI-enabled logistics visibility, warehouse management systems, transportation optimization, fulfillment analytics, inventory accuracy, service-level performance, labor productivity, automation, process standardization, customer delivery improvement, and scalable operational infrastructure. We are seeking a highly accomplished Director of Distribution who can provide enterprise-level leadership while improving distribution performance, fulfillment quality, cost control, and operational reliability.

This is not a traditional distribution role focused only on warehouse supervision, shipment tracking, or daily volume management. The Director of Distribution will serve as a strategic operations leader responsible for connecting distribution strategy, fulfillment execution, inventory movement, transportation coordination, warehouse performance, customer delivery, labor planning, vendor management, financial discipline, and continuous improvement into one scalable operating model.

The selected leader will work closely with Executive Leadership, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Customer Success, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Technology, Data Analytics, HR, Legal, Compliance, third-party logistics providers, carriers, and distribution partners to ensure distribution decisions support customer commitments, revenue continuity, cost discipline, service reliability, and enterprise growth.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact distribution function while partnering directly with senior leadership to shape fulfillment strategy, improve delivery performance, strengthen distribution networks, and build a more resilient operating model for a growing enterprise organization.

Your Role at the Company

As Director of Distribution, you will oversee the strategy, performance, execution, and continuous improvement of distribution operations while ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives, customer delivery expectations, financial targets, inventory goals, and service-level commitments.

You will serve as a trusted operations partner to senior leadership while maintaining accountability for distribution reliability, fulfillment accuracy, on-time delivery, cost visibility, warehouse productivity, service quality, customer delivery readiness, and scalable execution.

The ideal candidate combines distribution leadership, logistics expertise, analytical discipline, financial acumen, vendor management strength, people leadership, and operational execution excellence to drive measurable business results.

Develop executive-ready reporting covering fulfillment performance, distribution cost, warehouse productivity, on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, backlog trends, partner performance, and improvement initiatives.

Lead process improvement projects that reduce manual work, improve warehouse flow, increase fulfillment accuracy, strengthen handoffs, improve data visibility, and enhance customer delivery outcomes.
