Your Role at the Company
As Senior Program Manager, you will oversee large-scale strategic initiatives that span multiple departments, stakeholders, and operational functions. You will serve as the central leader responsible for planning, governance, execution, risk management, and successful delivery of complex programs.
You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, technology teams, operations leaders, finance, product management, customer success, and external partners to ensure program objectives align with business priorities.
This role extends beyond traditional project management. You will act as a strategic business partner responsible for translating organizational goals into executable plans while driving accountability, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional leadership capabilities, business acumen, stakeholder management expertise, and the ability to successfully navigate highly complex environments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead enterprise-wide programs from initiation through successful execution and delivery
- Develop program strategies, governance structures, roadmaps, and implementation plans
- Align cross-functional stakeholders around common objectives and priorities
- Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Establish KPIs, performance dashboards, and executive reporting frameworks
- Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and strategic planning sessions
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization and program governance
- Support digital transformation, modernization, and organizational change initiatives
- Identify and mitigate program risks while ensuring delivery quality and stakeholder satisfaction
- Coordinate multiple project teams and business units within large-scale programs
- Build strong relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders
- Mentor project managers and contribute to enterprise PMO maturity initiatives
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in program management, business transformation, operations, consulting, or strategic initiatives leadership
- Proven success leading large-scale enterprise programs within complex organizations
- Strong expertise in governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience supporting digital transformation, operational improvement, or strategic growth initiatives
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across multiple business functions
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, Master’s degree, PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred

- Base Salary: $255,000 – $285,000
