We are seeking an accomplished Director of Global Supply Chain to lead enterprise-wide supply chain strategy, optimize end-to-end operations, and build a resilient global network capable of supporting future business growth.

Your Role at the Company
As Director of Global Supply Chain, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for the oversight, optimization, and transformation of our global supply chain ecosystem.
You will lead initiatives spanning strategic sourcing, procurement, inventory management, logistics, supplier performance, demand planning, sales and operations planning (S&OP), supply chain analytics, and operational excellence.
Working closely with executive leadership, finance, manufacturing, operations, commercial teams, and external partners, you will ensure supply chain capabilities align with organizational objectives while supporting growth, profitability, and customer commitments.
This role extends far beyond traditional supply chain management. You will act as a business partner, operational strategist, and transformation leader responsible for strengthening supply chain resilience, improving efficiency, and creating scalable operational frameworks that support enterprise expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute global supply chain strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including sourcing, procurement, logistics, inventory, planning, and supplier management
- Build scalable supply chain capabilities that support growth and operational excellence
- Drive inventory optimization initiatives while maintaining service-level performance
- Lead global sourcing and supplier relationship management programs
- Improve demand planning, forecasting accuracy, and sales and operations planning processes
- Establish supply chain KPIs, performance dashboards, and executive reporting frameworks
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies across the global network
- Partner with manufacturing and operations leaders to improve throughput and productivity
- Manage supply chain risk mitigation, business continuity, and contingency planning initiatives
- Evaluate technology investments that support supply chain modernization and automation
- Lead global logistics strategies and transportation optimization efforts
- Build and develop high-performing supply chain leadership teams
What You’ll Bring
- 12+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience
- Proven success managing global supply chain operations within complex organizations
- Strong expertise in procurement, sourcing, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning
- Experience leading large-scale transformation and operational improvement initiatives
- Deep understanding of global supply chain networks and international logistics
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost optimization programs
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience working within manufacturing, healthcare, technology, consumer products, industrial, or distribution environments
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, Master’s in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
- APICS, CSCP, CPSM, Six Sigma, or related certifications preferred

- Base Salary: $325,000 – $370,000
