Your Role at the Company
As Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering automation strategies that improve operational efficiency, system reliability, process consistency, and scalability across the organization.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, IT, Product, Data Analytics, Infrastructure, and Business Leadership to identify opportunities for automation and deliver innovative solutions that reduce manual effort and improve business outcomes.

What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that improve operational performance and efficiency

- Implement robotic process automation (RPA), scripting solutions, and workflow orchestration tools

- Support cloud automation, infrastructure automation, and system reliability initiatives
- Develop technical documentation, automation standards, and best practices
- Troubleshoot automation issues and optimize performance across systems

- Evaluate emerging automation technologies and recommend innovative solutions
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, systems engineering, DevOps, industrial automation, or related technical fields
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks, workflow orchestration, and systems integration
- Experience with scripting and programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Bash, or similar
- Familiarity with cloud environments including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and enterprise technology ecosystems
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment automation
- Experience with RPA platforms, automation tools, or intelligent workflow systems is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
