About the Organization

We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, network operations, digital workplace, and enterprise connectivity organization supporting distributed teams, cloud platforms, secure access environments, customer-facing systems, internal business applications, and mission-critical technology operations across the United States. The company operates in a fast-moving digital environment where network reliability, secure connectivity, cloud access, performance monitoring, infrastructure resilience, and operational readiness directly influence employee productivity, customer trust, application performance, cybersecurity posture, and business continuity.

This is not a traditional network engineering role focused only on device configuration, routine troubleshooting, or maintaining static network diagrams. The Network Engineer will support a modern enterprise networking environment that connects cloud platforms, remote users, secure access systems, internal applications, vendor services, collaboration tools, and business-critical infrastructure. This role will help design, operate, monitor, and improve network systems that support a remote-first, security-conscious, and high-growth technology organization.

The company is continuing to invest in cloud networking, zero trust access, secure remote connectivity, network automation, observability, SD-WAN, VPN modernization, identity-aware access, endpoint connectivity, traffic visibility, network segmentation, high availability, incident response readiness, and stronger integration between infrastructure, security, IT operations, and platform engineering. As the organization grows, leadership is seeking a Network Engineer who can bring strong technical depth, troubleshooting ability, security awareness, documentation discipline, and practical infrastructure judgment to a high-impact role.

The Network Engineer will work across IT, Security, Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, DevOps, Engineering, Support, Vendor Management, and business stakeholders to ensure network services are stable, secure, performant, and scalable. This role will support network architecture, implementation, monitoring, incident response, configuration management, capacity planning, documentation, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement across cloud and enterprise connectivity environments.

This role requires a technical professional who understands how modern networks operate across physical, virtual, and cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will know how to troubleshoot complex connectivity issues, analyze packet flows, support secure access controls, maintain routing and switching environments, improve network monitoring, document infrastructure changes, manage firewall and VPN configurations, and communicate clearly during incidents or service-impacting events.

The selected candidate will help improve how the company manages enterprise connectivity and secure network operations at scale. This includes strengthening network visibility, improving reliability, supporting cloud connectivity, reducing recurring issues, improving performance baselines, supporting security controls, and ensuring network infrastructure remains a trusted foundation for business operations.

This is a strong opportunity for a network engineering professional who wants to work inside a large technology-driven organization, support modern cloud and security environments, solve meaningful infrastructure challenges, and help build reliable network systems that enable secure digital business operations.
