About the Organization

We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platform, cybersecurity, data integration, digital transformation, and enterprise software solutions organization supporting complex customer environments across the United States. The company provides secure, scalable, and business-critical technology platforms that help enterprise customers modernize workflows, automate operations, improve data visibility, strengthen system connectivity, and deliver measurable digital transformation outcomes.

This is not a traditional technical role focused only on product demonstrations, implementation support, or answering customer questions. The Solutions Architect will serve as a trusted technical advisor responsible for connecting customer business needs with scalable technology solutions. This role will help customers understand platform capabilities, design solution approaches, support technical discovery, guide integrations, validate architecture, and ensure proposed solutions are practical, secure, scalable, and aligned with customer outcomes.

The company is continuing to invest in AI-enabled product capabilities, cloud-native architecture, enterprise integrations, workflow automation, data platforms, API connectivity, security frameworks, technical enablement, customer success alignment, and solution design standards. As the organization grows, leadership is seeking a Solutions Architect who can bring strong technical judgment, customer-facing communication, architecture discipline, business understanding, and cross-functional collaboration to a high-impact role.

The Solutions Architect will work across Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Implementation, Security, Data Analytics, Support, Revenue Operations, and customer technical teams to design solutions that help customers adopt, integrate, and scale the platform successfully. This role will support pre-sales discovery, solution design, proof-of-concept planning, technical validation, integration scoping, implementation handoffs, customer workshops, and ongoing technical advisory support for strategic accounts.

This role requires a professional who understands both technology and business value. The ideal candidate will know how to listen to customer requirements, map workflows, identify technical constraints, explain architecture clearly, support enterprise evaluations, guide integration options, document solution designs, and translate complex technical ideas into practical recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.

The selected candidate will help improve how the company engages enterprise customers during the technical evaluation and solution design process. This includes improving discovery quality, creating stronger architecture documentation, supporting scalable integration patterns, reducing implementation risk, improving customer confidence, and ensuring technical solutions align with customer goals and internal delivery capabilities.

This is a strong opportunity for a solutions-focused technology professional who wants to work with enterprise customers, shape solution strategy, partner with product and engineering teams, and help a large technology-driven organization deliver trusted, scalable, and high-value customer outcomes.
