Compensation Package: $390K – $480K

About the Organization

We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital workplace, enterprise systems, and IT operations transformation organization supporting a highly distributed workforce, complex enterprise applications, business-critical platforms, secure collaboration systems, customer-facing teams, and fast-moving operational functions across the United States. The company operates in a technology-driven environment where information technology is not only responsible for internal systems support but also plays a major role in employee productivity, business continuity, cybersecurity readiness, operational scalability, vendor performance, data access, collaboration quality, and enterprise execution.

This is not a traditional IT leadership role focused only on service desk supervision, hardware support, or routine systems administration. The Vice President of Information Technology will serve as a senior technology operations leader responsible for building a secure, scalable, reliable, and employee-centered IT environment across a large remote-first organization. This role will connect IT operations, enterprise applications, infrastructure support, digital workplace strategy, identity and access management, endpoint operations, vendor governance, IT service delivery, business continuity, and technology process improvement into one disciplined operating model.

The company is continuing to invest in cloud-based business systems, identity governance, endpoint security, IT service management, collaboration platforms, automation, internal systems reliability, enterprise application modernization, data access controls, vendor consolidation, device lifecycle management, remote workforce enablement, business continuity planning, and secure digital workplace operations. As the organization grows, leadership is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology who can bring executive presence, technology judgment, operational discipline, security awareness, service leadership, and strong cross-functional partnership to a highly visible role.

The Vice President of Information Technology will lead IT strategy and execution across infrastructure, enterprise applications, IT support, service delivery, endpoint management, systems administration, identity access workflows, cybersecurity partnership, vendor management, IT governance, technology operations, and digital workplace experience. This leader will work closely with the CIO, CTO, CISO, COO, CFO, HR, Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Data Analytics, and Executive Leadership to ensure technology services support business priorities and enterprise risk expectations.

This role requires a leader who understands how modern IT supports a large remote workforce and a fast-growing digital business. The ideal candidate will know how to improve service delivery, scale IT processes, strengthen access management, support security standards, manage enterprise applications, reduce operational friction, lead IT teams, modernize workflows, improve employee experience, and create IT governance that supports speed without sacrificing reliability or control.

The selected candidate will help define how the company delivers secure, scalable, and dependable IT services across the enterprise. This includes improving IT operating models, strengthening service metrics, modernizing collaboration systems, improving business continuity readiness, managing vendor performance, enhancing asset visibility, supporting internal systems maturity, and ensuring IT becomes a trusted strategic partner to every business function.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an IT executive who wants to guide digital workplace transformation, strengthen enterprise systems, improve operational reliability, build high-performing IT teams, and help a large technology-driven company scale with secure and modern IT infrastructure.
