Industry: Enterprise SaaS, AI-Enabled Technology, Cloud Platforms, Revenue Intelligence, Digital Transformation, and Go-to-Market Solutions
Location: USA Remote
Compensation Package: $432K – $518K
About the Organization
We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platform, revenue intelligence, digital transformation, and go-to-market solutions organization serving enterprise customers across complex commercial, operational, and technology-driven markets. The company delivers advanced digital solutions that help organizations modernize workflows, automate business processes, improve customer engagement, strengthen data visibility, and scale enterprise performance through secure, intelligent, and highly reliable platforms.
This is an organization where revenue leadership is not viewed as simple sales supervision or quarterly target management. Revenue is treated as a full enterprise operating system that connects sales strategy, customer acquisition, enterprise account growth, customer success, partnerships, pricing, forecasting, marketing alignment, revenue operations, product-market fit, and long-term customer value. The company expects revenue leadership to bring commercial discipline, market insight, customer trust, strong operating rhythms, and measurable growth accountability across the full go-to-market organization.
The company is entering an important phase of expansion focused on enterprise market penetration, AI-enabled product adoption, strategic account growth, customer retention, expansion revenue, pricing and packaging improvement, partner-led opportunities, revenue operations maturity, and stronger go-to-market execution. As the organization scales, leadership is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer who can lead the complete revenue agenda with executive presence, commercial precision, and strong cross-functional influence.
The Chief Revenue Officer will own revenue strategy and execution across Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Account Management, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and related commercial functions. This executive will work closely with the CEO, Board, CFO, CMO, CPO, COO, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Data Analytics, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure revenue priorities are aligned with company strategy, customer value, and long-term enterprise growth.
This role requires a leader who understands how to build predictable revenue systems in complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will know how to improve pipeline quality, strengthen forecast accuracy, coach senior sales leaders, support enterprise negotiations, build customer expansion motions, improve retention, align revenue teams around shared metrics, and create operating discipline across the full customer lifecycle.
The selected candidate will help define how the company grows across markets, customer segments, products, channels, and strategic accounts. This includes strengthening enterprise sales execution, improving customer success partnership, scaling revenue operations, optimizing commercial processes, supporting market expansion, and building a high-performance revenue culture.
This is a high-impact executive opportunity for a revenue leader who wants to influence company growth strategy, build a more predictable commercial engine, strengthen customer relationships, and help a large technology-driven organization scale with discipline, clarity, and measurable business impact.
