About the Organization

We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platform, corporate communications, digital transformation, and reputation strategy organization serving enterprise customers, partners, employees, investors, industry stakeholders, and market audiences across the United States. The company operates in a highly visible technology environment where communication quality directly shapes customer trust, employee confidence, executive credibility, market positioning, brand reputation, public narrative, and long-term enterprise value.

This is not a traditional communications leadership role focused only on press releases, internal announcements, or reactive messaging. Communications is treated as a strategic enterprise function that connects corporate reputation, executive voice, employee alignment, customer trust, investor confidence, crisis readiness, brand storytelling, policy awareness, product narrative, and market influence. The organization expects communications leadership to guide how the company speaks, responds, listens, and builds credibility across every major stakeholder group.

The company is continuing to invest in enterprise communications strategy, executive thought leadership, internal communications, crisis communications, public relations, analyst and industry positioning, employee engagement messaging, customer communications, transformation communications, employer brand alignment, and modern digital storytelling. As the business grows, leadership is seeking a Senior Vice President of Communications who can bring executive presence, strong judgment, strategic messaging discipline, and enterprise-level communications leadership to a highly visible role.

The Senior Vice President of Communications will lead the company’s full communications agenda across corporate communications, internal communications, executive communications, crisis and issues management, public relations, employee communications, customer messaging, transformation communications, reputation management, and leadership narrative development. This executive will partner closely with the CEO, Board, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief People Officer, Chief Legal Officer, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Investor Relations, Finance, Operations, HR, Security, and Executive Leadership to ensure communications are aligned, credible, timely, and consistent with company strategy.

This role requires a leader who understands how communication affects business outcomes. The ideal candidate will know how to shape executive narratives, prepare leaders for sensitive moments, manage complex stakeholder messages, protect reputation during change, improve internal clarity, elevate market credibility, and ensure communication supports company growth and organizational trust.

The selected candidate will help define the company’s voice during growth, transformation, innovation, market expansion, product launches, leadership changes, customer moments, employee updates, and external visibility opportunities. This is a high-impact executive opportunity for a communications leader who wants to shape reputation, strengthen stakeholder confidence, and help a large technology-driven organization communicate with clarity, purpose, and authority.
