Industry: Enterprise SaaS, AI-Enabled Technology, Cloud Platforms, Strategic Partnerships, Digital Transformation, and Revenue Growth Solutions
Location: USA Remote
Compensation Package: $260K – $358K
About the Organization
We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platform, strategic partnerships, digital transformation, and revenue growth organization serving enterprise and mid-market customers across complex business environments. The company provides digital solutions that help organizations modernize workflows, improve decision-making, automate operations, strengthen customer engagement, and scale business performance through secure and intelligent technology platforms.
This is an organization where business development is not treated as basic lead generation or a simple outreach activity. Business Development plays a strategic role in identifying new revenue opportunities, developing customer and partner relationships, expanding market access, supporting enterprise account growth, and helping the company create new commercial pathways. The function sits close to Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, and Executive Leadership.
The company is continuing to invest in enterprise market expansion, AI-enabled product adoption, strategic partner relationships, customer acquisition, channel opportunities, product-led growth support, account development, and commercial pipeline improvement. As the business grows, leadership is seeking a Business Development Manager who can bring strong relationship-building ability, commercial judgment, market awareness, and disciplined execution to a high-impact growth role.
The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective customers and partners, support strategic account development, qualify growth opportunities, coordinate cross-functional engagement, and help convert market potential into measurable pipeline and revenue impact. This role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, and senior leadership to ensure opportunities are properly evaluated, structured, and advanced.
This role requires someone who can understand customer needs, communicate value clearly, evaluate opportunity quality, manage multiple relationships, and support complex business development cycles. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with enterprise prospects, partner organizations, internal stakeholders, and senior decision-makers in a professional, consultative, and commercially focused manner.
The selected candidate will help strengthen the company’s growth engine by identifying high-value opportunities, supporting strategic outreach, improving market visibility, and building relationships that create long-term business value. This is a strong opportunity for a business development professional who wants to work inside a large technology-driven company and contribute directly to revenue growth, market expansion, and enterprise customer development.
