About the Organization

We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled software, cloud platform, product intelligence, and digital workflow technology organization supporting enterprise customers across complex and rapidly evolving business environments. The company builds digital products that help organizations automate workflows, improve decision-making, modernize operations, strengthen customer engagement, and scale technology-driven business performance.

This is not a product role focused only on managing tickets, writing basic requirements, or coordinating feature requests. Product Management is treated as a strategic business function that connects customer needs, market opportunity, product vision, technical execution, commercial performance, and long-term company growth. The organization expects product leaders to understand customer problems deeply, make informed prioritization decisions, influence cross-functional teams, and deliver product outcomes that create measurable value.

The company is continuing to invest in AI-enabled product capabilities, cloud-native platform expansion, workflow automation, data intelligence, user experience modernization, enterprise integrations, product-led growth, customer adoption, analytics, security readiness, and scalable product operations. As the business grows, leadership is seeking a Senior Product Manager who can own meaningful product areas, shape roadmap priorities, and help turn strategic product direction into practical execution.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing roadmap priorities, leading discovery, translating customer and market insights into product decisions, and partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, Security, and Executive Leadership. This role will help ensure the company builds products that solve real customer problems, support enterprise needs, and strengthen competitive positioning.

This role requires someone who can balance strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with ambiguous problems, evaluating customer feedback, analyzing product data, defining product requirements, aligning stakeholders, and making tradeoffs between speed, quality, technical feasibility, customer impact, and business value.

The selected candidate will help guide product direction in a large technology environment where product decisions affect revenue, retention, customer trust, user adoption, platform scalability, and market differentiation. This is a strong opportunity for a product leader who enjoys building complex digital products, working across multiple teams, and creating solutions that matter at enterprise scale.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Define and manage product strategy, roadmap priorities, product requirements, launch plans, and measurable outcomes for assigned product areas.

• Lead product discovery by gathering customer feedback, market insights, competitive intelligence, user behavior data, internal stakeholder input, and product performance signals.

• Translate complex customer needs and business problems into clear product opportunities, requirements, user stories, success metrics, and execution plans.

• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Architecture, Data, Security, and QA teams to guide product development from discovery through launch and post-release optimization.

• Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on customer value, revenue impact, adoption potential, technical complexity, risk, strategic alignment, and business priorities.

• Work with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing to understand customer pain points, buyer expectations, onboarding friction, product adoption barriers, and expansion opportunities.

• Analyze product usage, conversion funnels, feature adoption, retention patterns, customer feedback, support trends, and business performance to guide product decisions.

• Lead cross-functional product planning routines, including roadmap reviews, requirement discussions, sprint planning support, launch readiness, stakeholder updates, and post-launch reviews.

• Develop product documentation, including business cases, product briefs, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes, competitive analysis, and executive-ready summaries.

• Partner with Product Marketing to define positioning, messaging, customer value propositions, launch materials, sales enablement content, and adoption campaigns.

• Support enterprise customer conversations, product demos, feedback sessions, advisory groups, and strategic account discussions when product expertise is needed.

• Identify opportunities for AI-enabled features, automation, workflow improvement, integrations, analytics, personalization, and platform enhancements.

• Monitor market trends, customer expectations, competitor movement, regulatory considerations, technology shifts, and product opportunities that may affect roadmap direction.

• Improve product management practices by strengthening prioritization frameworks, discovery routines, product analytics, launch processes, and cross-functional communication.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field required.

• MBA, master’s degree, or advanced product, technology, or business-related education preferred.

• 7+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, SaaS product development, digital platforms, technical product management, product operations, or technology business leadership.

• Experience within enterprise SaaS, AI-enabled software, cloud platforms, fintech, cybersecurity, healthcare technology, data platforms, workflow automation, or B2B technology environments strongly preferred.

• Proven success managing product roadmaps, leading discovery, defining requirements, launching features, improving adoption, and delivering measurable product outcomes.

• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, product-led growth, customer lifecycle, enterprise software buying behavior, product analytics, and digital user experience.

• Experience working with Agile or hybrid product development teams, including Engineering, Design, QA, Architecture, Data, Security, and Product Marketing.

• Familiarity with product and analytics tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard, Figma, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, or similar platforms preferred.

• Ability to evaluate technical tradeoffs, roadmap dependencies, customer impact, product risk, and business value with sound judgment.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify product insights, validate hypotheses, and make practical prioritization decisions.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present product direction, roadmap rationale, customer insights, and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience supporting enterprise customers, executive stakeholders, cross-functional launches, and high-visibility product initiatives preferred.

Personal Capabilities and Qualifications

• Strategic product thinker with the ability to connect customer problems, market opportunity, product vision, technical execution, and business outcomes.

• Customer-centered and deeply curious, with the ability to understand user needs beyond surface-level feature requests.

• Strong prioritization judgment with the ability to make clear tradeoffs when resources, timelines, customer needs, and technical realities compete.

• Technically fluent enough to collaborate with engineering teams, understand platform constraints, discuss architecture dependencies, and evaluate implementation options.

• Data-informed and outcome-focused, with the ability to use product metrics, customer signals, and business performance to guide product decisions.

• Strong communicator who can align executives, engineers, designers, marketers, sales teams, customer success teams, and customers around product priorities.

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, shaping unclear problems into structured product opportunities and actionable roadmap items.

• Collaborative and influential without relying only on authority, especially in cross-functional product, technology, and business environments.

• Practical and execution-oriented, with strong follow-through across discovery, documentation, stakeholder alignment, development support, launch readiness, and post-launch learning.

• High ownership mindset with strong accountability for product quality, customer value, business impact, and continuous improvement.
