Industry: Enterprise SaaS, AI-Enabled Technology, Cloud Platforms, Digital Transformation, and Data-Driven Business Services
Location: USA Remote
Compensation Package: $450K – $530K
About the Organization
We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platform, digital transformation, and data-driven business services organization supporting enterprise customers, commercial teams, product lines, operating functions, and strategic growth initiatives across the United States. The company operates in a complex, high-growth environment where financial leadership directly influences market expansion, profitability, capital allocation, operational discipline, investor confidence, and long-term enterprise value.
This is not a traditional finance role focused only on accounting oversight, reporting accuracy, or budget administration. The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a strategic enterprise leader responsible for connecting financial strategy, business performance, growth planning, operational execution, and executive decision-making. Finance is expected to operate as a forward-looking business partner that helps leadership understand what is driving results, where investment should be prioritized, where risk may appear, and how the company can scale with stronger financial discipline.
The organization is continuing to invest in AI-enabled product innovation, cloud-based platforms, enterprise customer expansion, revenue operations, automation, data infrastructure, operational modernization, strategic partnerships, and more mature financial planning systems. As the business expands, leadership is seeking a Chief Financial Officer who can strengthen financial governance, improve forecasting accuracy, guide investment decisions, support profitable growth, and provide clear financial leadership across the enterprise.
The Chief Financial Officer will oversee finance strategy, accounting partnership, FP&A, treasury, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, investor and board reporting, capital planning, financial controls, business performance analysis, risk management, and enterprise decision support. This executive will work closely with the CEO, Board, COO, CRO, CPO, CTO, CHRO, Legal, Operations, Product, Revenue, Customer Success, Technology, and business unit leaders.
This role requires a finance executive who can operate beyond numbers and reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong executive presence, financial judgment, SaaS or technology business model experience, operational understanding, strategic planning capability, and the ability to advise senior leadership with clarity and confidence. This person should understand how to evaluate growth investments, manage profitability, improve financial systems, guide pricing and margin decisions, support investor communication, and build a finance organization that can scale.
This is a high-impact executive opportunity for a finance leader who wants to shape company strategy, strengthen enterprise performance, guide responsible growth, and help a large technology-driven organization make better decisions through stronger financial insight.
