We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager who can lead enterprise technology initiatives, manage cross-functional delivery teams, and support high-impact digital transformation programs across the organization.
Your Role at the Company
As IT Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery across enterprise technology initiatives including infrastructure modernization, software implementations, operational systems upgrades, cloud initiatives, and business transformation programs.
You will serve as a central point of coordination between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership while ensuring project goals, timelines, budgets, and operational objectives remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
This role combines technical project oversight, operational execution, stakeholder communication, and strategic coordination. You will help establish scalable project governance frameworks while contributing to long-term operational efficiency and organizational growth.
This is not simply a task-management role. It is a strategic delivery position focused on execution leadership, operational alignment, and enterprise transformation support.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise technology and digital transformation projects
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resource planning activities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Operations, Product, and Business stakeholders
- Develop project plans, governance frameworks, reporting structures, and implementation roadmaps
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, status meetings, and executive project reviews
- Identify project risks, operational dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Support cloud migration, software deployment, infrastructure upgrades, and systems integration initiatives
- Monitor project KPIs, delivery performance, and operational readiness activities
- Ensure alignment between technical execution and business objectives
- Contribute to process improvement and project management standardization initiatives
What You’ll Bring
- 5–10+ years of experience in IT project management, program management, or enterprise technology delivery roles
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise technology projects
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, governance, and delivery frameworks
- Experience working with cloud technologies, enterprise software, infrastructure systems, or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, Scrum, or related certifications strongly preferred
