The Vice President of Finance and Operations will lead enterprise-wide financial management and operational strategy, ensuring alignment between financial performance, operational execution, and long-term strategic objectives. This role will oversee budgeting, forecasting, operational efficiency, performance analytics, and cross-functional execution across global teams.
This is a high-impact executive leadership role requiring deep expertise in corporate finance, operational strategy, enterprise performance management, and large-scale organizational leadership within global technology environments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead integrated finance and operations strategy across global business units.
- Oversee enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
- Drive operational efficiency initiatives aligned with cost optimization and revenue growth goals.
- Manage financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive performance dashboards.
- Partner with executive leadership to align financial strategy with operational execution.
- Develop and implement enterprise performance management frameworks and KPIs.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Operations, Strategy, and Business Units.
- Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and internal control systems.
- Support long-term strategic planning, investment analysis, and capital allocation decisions.
- Drive automation and modernization of financial and operational systems using AI tools.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 15–20+ years of experience in finance leadership, operations management, or enterprise strategy roles.
- Proven experience leading large-scale finance and operations functions in global organizations.
- Strong background in corporate finance, FP&A, operational strategy, and performance management.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, consulting, or multinational enterprise environments preferred.
- Expertise in financial systems, ERP platforms, and enterprise analytics tools.
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional transformation and enterprise optimization initiatives.

- Compensation Package: $370,000 – $481,000 base + executive bonus + long-term equity incentives
